FAQs

Am I eligible to receive affordable care?

Our ultimate goal is to reach as many people as we can. However at this time we are only serving residents of California.

How do I get started ?

Simply fill out the form in the contact tab and we’ll reach out to you for a free consultation to see if you’re a good fit!

After the brief consult, if you feel this is a good fit, head over to the purchase tab,  make your preferred purchase and then schedule your initial evaluation through the link that will be sent to you via email.

Once all the above steps are completed, you'll have access to our HIPAA compliant electronic medical record (Charm Health) where you can send any questions or upload any documents regarding your care. You will also be sent a consent form to fill out prior to our appointment.

How soon can I schedule my first appointment?
